RETURN POLICY
We want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return the unused product for an exchange or refund. Exchanges can only be for the same product. If you purchased the wrong product, please return the item for a refund and purchase the correct one separately.Used products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please note that you will be required to pay the return shipping charges for returns and exchanges that are not due to an error by OASE.
All returns or exchanges must be processed through our website by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Please use the original carton and packing materials. Make sure that the items being returned are well packed and protected. We highly recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and that you insure the shipment.
Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days depending on financial institution.
